Hi, I’m Chris.
I’ve been a resident of Rockrimmon since 1994. I retired early from an Engineering career in the high-tech industry. Prior to earning my degrees in Electrical Engineering, I studied Construction Technology in college.
I have always had a passion for home improvement and maintenance projects around the house. I own, manage, and maintain several residential rental properties in Colorado Springs and Breckenridge.

I can do a wide variety of projects for you. The list is pretty much endless. Think of things like drywall repair, faucet replacement, cabinet repair or installation, furniture assembly, smart-home installation, security camera installation, appliance installation, TV wall mount, and a host of other repairs around the house. In the spring and summer, I love to work outside.
